Card values in 31 are as follows: 2-10 = face value, J/K/Q = 10, A = 11 and three-of-a-kind of any rank is worth 30.
At the end of each round, the player who has the lowest value hand loses a life. Each player starts the game with three 'lives'.In 31, the goal of the game each round is to get the value of the three card hand closer to 31 than at least one other player.
